Plastixs®, LLC. (“us”, “we”, “our”, or “Plastixs”) is a distributor and manufacturer of high quality, high value innovative products for the plastics industry, and other industrial and commercial applications. We manage the https://www.plastixs.com website.
Our website collects and dispenses information to assist in the sale of our products and for our customers to shop and make buying decisions. All of the foregoing are referred to as the “Service.”

Plastixs will not be required to comply with your request to delete your personal information if it is necessary for Plastixs to maintain your personal information to:

- Exercise free speech, ensure the right of another consumer to exercise his or her right of free speech, or exercise another right provided for by law
