The Barb-Tech™ V is our next generation portable and light-weight hose fitting insertion tool used to simplify the assembly of many hose and fitting combinations used in injection molding, transportation, industrial, and construction applications, as well as push-lock hose and fitting combinations, just to name a few.
The Barb-Tech™ V is a new hose gripping system designed to grip a wide variety of hose materials without damage to the outside hose surface for smooth, effortless, precise installation of your fittings. Barb-Tech™ V shares all of the “Click-On” mandrels with the rest of our tool line-up, grasping your fittings securely during hose installation. A “Quick Change” jaw system accommodates four hose sizes, ¼” (#4), 3/8” (#6), ½” (#8), and ¾” (#12).
