UniVest Insulation Jackets
UniVest Insulation Jackets are cost-effective thermal insulation for Injection Molding machines that reduce the energy needed to heat and maintain the temperature of the barrel and screw of the machine. Depending on the application and materials being run the ROI is often 1 year or less. They also help lower the facility cooling costs by greatly reducing the heat radiated into the facility by the heaters on the injection barrel. These insulations systems are removable/ reusable for easy installation, removal and reinstallation. Multiple standard configurations are available ranging from 13″ to 68″ in length and 2″ to 68″ in width.
